Cannot remove message from iPhone screen
I have this message on my phone and can’t remove it from my screen. Has my phone been hacked? If not how do I get rid of the message.

As for removing this message, try turning your phone completely off, and then back on.
If it is being presented by a Web site, you may need to go into Settings and clear your Safari browsing history after turning the phone back on, and before running Safari again. Safari tries to be "helpful" by opening sites that were previously open. Usually, this is OK, but if you were visiting a site that served up a scam message, you don't want the scam message popping up again, especially if the site used some browser trick to keep you from getting rid of the page in the normal way,

If swiping it to the left doesn't get rid of the scam (which was delivered to you by some app or website you visited), Force Restart your iPhone --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls
Your phone has not been hacked.
This message is not from Apple. It is a scam aimed at getting you to install some app that will do nothing to solve a non-existent "hacking" problem, but that will drain money from your wallet. It is being served up to you by an app, or a Web site, that is using tricks to lock up your phone.
Do not install the app. If the developers of this app are involved in any way with serving this scam message to you, it would be appropriate for Apple to pull their app from the App Store and suspend their developer's account.
