My iPhone 15 Pro updated to iOS 26.5.2 overnight and now I can’t clear my searches - when I try to I get this message
I’ve tried changing my web restrictions to unrestricted (something I saw online when I was researching the issue) and I’ve restarted my phone but neither attempt fixed the issue

You will need to remove the screentime passcode and disable screentime:
Create, manage, and keep track of a Screen Time passcode on iPhone - Apple Support
Use Screen Time to manage your child's iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
The way I'm reading the message is that just having a screen time passcode prevents you from clearing the Safari history. I may be reading this wrong, though.
