Cannot block unwanted callers since iOS 26.5.2 update

After updating the system iOS 26.5.2 I cannot quickly block unwanted phone numbers after iOS update, block caller is missing, add to existing contact, create new contact, add to emergency contacts and other items have disappeared when I open Info for a number.

IPHONE SE.

If I make a contact called Blocked and add the number to that it seems to work but my phone sometimes still rings if that number calls me again.

I have turned on Iphone call filtering but also like to just block that number. I know spammers switch numbers but I like blocking them just to silence them.
