Do you get something like in below ?

If you forgot the firmware password

If you can't remember your firmware password, get your Mac ready for service and schedule an in-person service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Bring your Mac and its original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

Unless the Original Owner was so kind as to provide their Original Proof of Purchase at the time you purchased this " buy it used "

Sorry but Apple Will Not even look that this machine and try to help with this issue
