Why is there no German manual and no German online help for Pixelmator Pro from the Creator Suite payment suite.

There does not appear to be a German (or Northern European) language version for Pixelmator Pro. As no Apple employees participate here in these strictly fellow user-supported and public communities, we cannot speculate any why or timeline availability reason for internal Apple product documentation decisions.

As an addendum to my previous reply, you can open the English version of the Pixelmator Pro User Guide for Mac in Safari and choose Safari's translation tool to convert the current page into German. That will not translate the entire online guide, but may help you focus on the specific content you need translated…

No Apple employees are reading, nor will they respond to your post here. It has been just over a year since Apple's Pixelmator acquisition, so without diminishing your language expectation, it is simply unknown in this community what, if any, future documentation planning exists for this product.
I have, of course, also found out about side-by-side translation in some online translation tools or AI. However, that all online help is not available in German is simply disappointing, incomprehensible, and frustrating for a company like Apple and for software that you have paid for. That is how it is.
Das mit der Seitenweisen Übersetzung in irgendwelchen online Übersetzungs-Tools oder AI habe ich selbstverständlich auch herausgefunden.
Dass jedoch die ganze Online Hilfe nicht in Deutsch vorliegt ist bei einer Firma wie Apple und für eine Software, für die man bezahlt hat einfach nur enttäuschend, nicht verständlich und frustrierend. So ist es.
