Apple Watch wrist temp not tracking since new iPhone

I upgraded my iPhone last month and since then, my Apple Watch (SE3) has not been tracking my Wrist Temperature. It says “Vitals is getting to know you”, but this is after a month of wearing it to sleep with sleep focus on. I never had a problem with this being tracked before getting the new iPhone.
