App icons show a grey bullseye on phone
Why are some of my app icon showing a grey bullseye? I tried to restart my phone numerous times and it’s still the same. I don’t like it

Make sure that you have a good strong Wi-Fi connection and then wait a few more days to see if the incomplete download for the apps will complete correctly.
The less that you use the phone during the next fews days, the better your chances of things starting to look normal again.
If no help, delete an app and then download it again to see if that will solve the issue with that app. If yes, do the same for other "bullseye" apps.
