Tap Settings
Tap Bluetooth
Look at the device list and check to see if there is an "i" inside a blue circle next to a device.
If there is, tap on the blue "i" to see more information about the device.
If there is no blue "i" next to a device, your iPhone is not connected to that device. It is a Bluetooth device that is nearby at a neighbors house or apartment. No way to make that device go away unless you can convince your neighbor to turn the device off.
For what it's worth, your neighbor can likely "see" your Bluetooth devices as well, but they cannot connect to them.
Post back on your results.
