iPhone Screen Time reports inaccurate screen activity

My screentime is reporting that overnight that I have the screen on but it is a gray bar so not sure what is causing it to stay awake. ive tried the force restart, turning the screen activity off and on, and rebooting but it continues to report. Saying I’m spending up to 41 hours a day on my phone. How do I fix this issue?

Thanks Mac! I didn’t notice the multiple devices tracking. It was my iMac that was apparently running constantly. Not sure why since it goes to sleep when I’m not using it but it’s good to know that I can view them individually.

Review the information provided here. The grey bars indicate usage that does not fall neatly into one of the predefined categories and also includes background processes.

Also you have Share Across Devices turned on at Settings > Screen Time > Share Across Devices, so any other device signed into your same Apple Account will be reported there. If you do have more devices, you can view each device individually by tapping the Devices button on your screenshot to choose an individual device.
