Why the IPad app of Photomator does not have border option in the export menu like the macOS counterpart?? Can it please be added?, i don’t see why it is not already been added at the same time of the macOS version.

What you need is a feedback link. This will be seen by an Apple employee:
You may need the paid version. I followed the steps in the video and when it came time to add a boarder I keep getting the offer to get the paid version. I must admit it’s a fun app., just no boarders or frames.
The steps should be edit, tap the three dots, tap export, tap frames.
