iPhone 16+ not syncing over Wi-Fi with iTunes on PC

Hello i have a problem for sync over wifi for iphone 16+ in itunes on pc laptop, which not appear at all while my other iphone X appear .. knowing that 16+ is connected & detected via usb but over wifi no way.. i try lot os solutions including reset my network on iphone,disabling vpn,firewall,connection to the same wifi,reinstall the itunes… plz any help !?
