Apple TV flickers on Samsung TV

It’s only with movies in my library the “TV app”. I watch a 4K movie on Disney +, Max, etc no flickers

Ive changed the HDMI cables, restarted my tv, and Apple TV, I’ve literally tried everything.

I'm thinking it’s the Dolby Vision mixed with the HDR+, but I’ve turned the HDR+ off and still flickers. Anyone have any idea? I’m all out
