iPhone keyboard auto-populates old email from Keychain/Passwords

An old email is auto-populating as part of the top of the ios keyboard on iphone when prompted for an email on a webpage (this is not autofill). I have removed it from my account and contact.

Took me hours and some experimentation full wipes and turning off keychain/password sync. It appears to be coming from a scan of usernames in the password list that are email candidates. Changing all usernames of the undesirable email to an invalid email fixes the issue. ex: changeme@gmail.com -> changeme@g

This is a bit of a pain, and I validated this worked for my iphone so I no longer see an old email address (because it was used as a username in my password list).

Siri Learns (Different from AutoFill)

Siri Suggestions learns from how you use your iPhone. Over time, it recognizes your habits—such as the apps you use, when you use them, and the people you contact most often—and offers helpful suggestions.

For example, Siri may suggest an email ID while emailing a specific person in the morning, playing your usual playlist during your commute, opening a frequently used app, or reminding you about a routine task.

These suggestions are personalized and change as your habits change. They appear on the Lock Screen, in Search, and throughout iOS, and you can customize or turn them off in Settings → Siri & Search.
