Earpiece in iPad 131

Exactly what do you mean by "earpiece button?" Maybe if you explain what you are trying to do, we can help. Are you trying to connect a wired headphone? There is no earpiece button.

If the guy did mean iPad 13 then no wonder he has problems : I have 11 and it's the latest. No body has invented anything for iPad 13 yet 😉

I had the same question nd was going to post, “Something from the future.” than thought better of it. I’m guessing it may mean 13”.

Going by experience, no, this does not "happen a lot on this site". The old-timers here know better.

It may be a very recent occurrence since the forum will be undergoing maintenance tomorrow.

Sharon, Zaks one of the good guys. It’s a time-honored tradition in the ASC the older members help the newer members. Zak and I had Meg and Demo looking over our shoulders when we were starting.

Now it’s our turn to try to help the new members. Please don’t take it wrong, nobody’s trying to give you grief.

I'll jump in to add my encouragement to that of the others. No one here started higher than Level 1, and we all had mentors. You are off to a great start.

I started in 2000-1 when PowerMac G3 Macs were the "new hotness." I fondly remember how helpful a senior contributor with the handle "Sir Lancelot" was in getting me involved on a regular basis. Sadly, we no longer have his wisdom, but we can see daily the result of the pearls he shared with others.

I hope we see you helping here for many years!

Hey Bob, if you were not aware, Meg is now IdrisSeabright so she's still here. BTW, I'm more comfortable with Serg as it's a shortened version of my first name.

Thank you Serg. I remember one time you mentioned this but I wasn’t sure if you preferred Serg or Zak. I won’t make that mistake again.

Another thanks on reminding about Idris’ name change. I was hanging on to simpler time but she did ask us to call her Idris so Idris it is.
