For one thing you are using a beta version of iOS which makes support unavailable. The first step is to remove the beta so see if the problem goes away.

Beta software is not intended to be used on a primary device needed for daily tasks and should only be installed on a secondary device.
If you are using a firewall, that can block legitimate communications with Apple Servers for Siri use.
NB: This guzzoni.apple.com server has been in general use for a while, and isn’t specifically tied to anything recent.
