How to renew Apple Developer membership with non-functional emails and unresponsive support calls?

Not able to renew my apple developer membership. Emails are just not working as it requires some investigation. The apple support calls are just going on wait for 40 minutes plus. Last 4 days we have been trying to call but of no use. It is just not connecting. What to do? I am not getting the renew option on any type of device - tried on Macbook, iphone?
