Fraud Alert Charges
I got a Text stating a charge of $789.19 was charged. If fraud call ***case ***
This charge is not mi e. But don’t know if the text is legit or a scam.

It is a scam. Apple does not send out any such text messages.
Never call a number or click a link in a message/email and you will never be a victim of a phishing attempt. There are always known ways to verify any information provided in the email/message like you did here. Good Job!
