Cancel old Apple Music payments.
if I made a new Apple Music account with a new icloud, how can I stop the payments from my old Apple Music?

You need to log in to the old Apple Account and cancel the subscription to Apple Music.
Go to https://music.apple.com, log in with your old account, go to Settings ➜ Subscriptions and cancel it.
