Typically, this happens after you've received your replacement phone and Apple has received the phone you sent them. It's not immediate and keep in mind it was a "hold" not an actual payment. Once the hold is removed, it can take a few days for your credit card company to reflect the change. You'll need to follow up with Apple directly for anything more.
