Airdrop unsuccessful with new iphone 17 to MacBook Pro. Mac airdrops to new iphone 17, old iphone 11 still airdrops to Mac, both phones airdrop to each other and iPad. I've reset networks, confirmed sharing settings, on the same network, both signed in to same apple acct, restarted devices. What am I missing?

If your device has network /Airdrop connectivity issues, check for VPN and other third-party security software. Uninstall.

To quickly fix an unsuccessful AirDrop from your iPhone to your MacBook Pro, ensure both devices have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and AirDrop (set to "Everyone for 10 Minutes") enabled. Make sure your iPhone Personal Hotspot is disabled, both screens are unlocked, and restart both devices.
