You can forget the keyboard then add it back in and compare your results, use the charging cable

You may have inadvertently activated one of the Accessibility shortcuts by pressing Touch ID 3 times quickly or using the Option Key shortcut. Check your Accessibility Shortcuts and make sure Full Keyboard Access is not checked at  > System Settings > Accessibility > Shortcut. You can even turn all of them off if you wish.
