no, you will need to get an install iso from microsofts site
if you have an m1-2-3-4-5.. cpu in the mac then you will need to use a virtual machine
Parallels Desktop for Mac: Run Windows 11 on Apple silicon
if you have an older intel cpu then officially it will not support windows 11 at all
