I’m in England and use English on my iphone, but want to play word games from the App Store in other languages. Is there any way of doing this without changing the language settings on my phone? TIA

Yes, the app store page for that game says it is only available in English.
Unfortunately there’s no settings to change anything on the game that I am using.
