Iphone 17 Pro 26.5.2 | iTunes Broken after unplugging during file transfer

So i was transferring only 3 files through itunes but for some reason, it said I was tranferring 21 files onto my phone. I didnt know what the other 19 files were and the upload was taking forever so i just decided to unplug my phone without doing the proper Eject. I guess those 19 files were important because now that I plugged it back in, it shows this error reading, "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone. Go to the summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings." (photo 2) and now I can't transfer through iTunes due to this error. Is there any way I can fix this error without a factory reset on my phone? I've looked this up and apparently the fixes already online only worked with older phones with less security so I'm looking for a modern solution.
