iPad Pro 4th generation cannot view website food menus

My partner is trying to access a menu on a website he has already used before. It is for the Queens Tavern in Highgate, Perth, Western Australia. He can display the website OK and access the booking menu, but when he tries to access and view the actual food menus, there is no ability. Nothing shown. Yet when I try on my iPad, no problem. I can access all areas of the website including the food menus. He has an iPad Pro 4th generation running iPad OS 26.5.2. Thanks.
