Found safari logo is weird, anyone seen this? Bland and ugly white stuff

It’s possible to adjust icons on current iOS, for instance:

If it’s not a tinted icon or such, and a wireframe or white grid icon usually means the iOS install is corrupt, and that can result from iPhone storage getting filled to capacity.
Try a forced restart first. Failing that, the fix is a backup and restore.
