Issues with safari loading webpages

I upgraded to M5 Macbook air from a M4 macbook air and used apple's transfer process to set up my new macbook. Now I have some issues with some websites not loading. for example, my online banking website takes me through the login and instead to taking me to my account it goes into a "validating browser" spin. When I try to order on the Home Depot website, the check out page keeps dropping off and tells me to reload page. What do I have to do to get my pages to load?
