"Beat mapping feature not assigning beats to transients: My beat mapping feature is not working. I used it successfully several times, and am at a loss with this issue. I have an audio where I use the 'Beat Map' tool to analyze the transients. Works just fine. But, when I try assign certain beats to the transients, nothing happens. Again, I've done this several times before, but it's not working this time around. I've tried using different templates and started from scratch. Nothing works. Any suggesstions?"

You're not the first to have mentioned this, in the last 24 hours: Beat Mapping broken in 12.3. - Apple Community. So, it's a glitch (though, not certain).
