Hey all, I'm trying to install Xcode 14.2 for my older MacBook Air and when I download from developer.apple.com, it downloads a file "Xcode_14.2.xip.download", but there is not progress bar or anything to indicate it's actually downloading anything.

The `.download` extension means Safari hasn’t finished downloading the file yet. Open Safari and click the Downloads button near the top-right, or choose View > Show Downloads, to check its progress.
Xcode is a large download, so it may take a while. If the file size isn’t changing, cancel it, make sure you have plenty of free storage, and start the download again.

Xcode .vs. picture is an Apple and oranges comparison. Remove the Xcode.zip.download file from your Downloads folder, reboot your Mac, and then re-attempt that Xcode 14.2 download from thje Apple developer site using the Safari browser. Ensure you have no anti-virus software running, nor its browser extension installed and active in Safari. Wait for the download to complete this time.
They all say "Stopped", when I press reload, nothing happens
I tried downloading a picture from google and it downloads fine
I just downloaded GameMaker Studio perfectly fine, still has an error
