Apple Watch S7 getting unwanted iPhone notifications

Okay, i have an Apple Watch s7 45mm and I don’t have a phone so I paired it to my mom’s iPhone. I turned off every setting on the notifications tab on Apple Watch and in the Watch app, but for some reason, it still gives me every notification she gets on WiFi, or Bluetooth connected to her phone. My Apple Watch ⌚️ doesn’t pair to my iPad cause the iPad doesn’t have a watch app, whatever. But I would like to get my Apple account on it, so I don’t get her notifications. By the way, it is a gps only model, so family setup doesn’t work. I can remove it from her activation lock too, otherwise I am getting another watch, not Apple because I don’t wanna deal with this again.

The Apple Watch requires an iPhone to use fully. It is not intended to be a standalone device.

It is possible to set up a cellular Apple Watch for a family member who does not have an iPhone, but functionality is limited.

You can't set up your GPS only device to function without an iPhone.

That's probably best for you. As I said, the watch is intended to be an extension of your iPhone. If you're an android user, the Watch is not the right tool for you. There are plenty of Android based alternatives that would suit your needs better.
