Need help restoring Mac and getting out of windows

So recently i downloaded boot camp on a older mac of mine and i share it with my dad after installing and wanting to switch back to mac instead of apple it wont work a couple days go when i restarted and help the option key 3 symbols came up one being able to switch back to mac now its only 2 and both are windows please help

To switch back to macOS, restart your Mac, press and hold the Power button (or press the Power buttononce then immediately press and hold the Power button on older models) to shut it down. Turn it back on and immediately press and hold the Option (Alt) ⌥ key. If macOS still does not show up, Windows may have set itself as the default startup disk or hidden the partition.
