Logic Pro M4 MacBook Pro: Freezes saving 3rd-party effects

Hello,

I have an M4 MacBook Pro, and recently Logic Pro has started freezing for several seconds whenever I adjust settings in a third-party effect plugin and then save the project with Cmd + S.

If I save while arranging, or if I’m editing a third-party instrument plugin, everything works fine. The issue only occurs when I’ve been editing a third-party effect plugin. It even happens in a completely empty project. All of my plugins are up to date.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Does anyone know a solution?
