are there known issues with Bluetooth after the update?
the connections to the hearing aid app and the hearing aids themselves are now unstable.
hearing aid software updates have been known to un-pair your hearing Aids.
be sure during debugging that you at least check and if necessary repair your hearing aids with your iPhone in:
Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices > ...
check for both Right and Left showing as connected, and if not, follow the hearing aid maker's procedure for pairing again. (This is often something like return to charging case or removing batteries, then start them up again with that settings pane open.)

Before anything else, try a normal power-off / restart cycle of your phone AND the hearing aids.
Then if necessary, perform a “forced restart” of your phone.

If still problematic you’ll need to contact Phonak support …
… and as it’s “technical” they might require you to go thru your provider. 😕
