iTunes audiobook partial download, errors 416/8288

Hi All,

I logged into my iTunes account, purchased an audiobook and clicked 'Download'... but it only partially downloads and then I get an error - 416 or 8288.

I've reinstalled iTunes, signed in/out multiple times, updated my payment details, but no luck.

I'm using Windows 11 and iTunes version 12.13.10.3

Has anyone any ideas? I've wasted an Apple gift card on this.
