How to determine if a third party USB-C to HDMI cable is really Thunderbolt compatible?

I bought a third party Benfei USB-C to HDMI 15' cable from Amazon. It was advertised as Thunderbolt 3/4/5 compatible, but when I received the item, there was no mention of Thunderbolt compatibility on the packaging and no Thunderbolt logo on the cable.

Is there a way I can test the cable to determine if it's really Thunderbolt compatible?

I have a Mac mini M2 with Thunderbolt ports.
