Problem with Photos or iCloud+

Hello! I'm having a problem with my Photos

I've been paying for iCloud+ since 2023. My cloud storage has been full for about a year now, but I'm still paying for it.

I recently noticed that almost all my photos and videos from 2022–2024 have disappeared from the Photos. However, photos I deleted several years ago have suddenly appeared in their place.

I checked the "Recently Deleted" album and the Photo Library on the iCloud Lost Photos website. I didn't delete anything intentionally, so I really want to understand what happened and whether there's any chance I can get these files back.
