Logic Pro purchase verification fails on new computer

I bought a new computer.I have installed Logic Pro from my "purchased" apps in the App Store. Now I get the message that the purchase can't be verified and I should delete the app from my new computer. The older version is still on my old cpu.Do I need to uninstall that one?

No, there is no need to uninstall the app from your old Mac. Apple does not verify app installations in the same manner as some other application developers do.

I don't know why the app cannot be verified on your new Mac. You might simply delete the app and download a fresh copy from your "Purchased" list again.

Apple - Support - System Status was reporting an outage earlier today at the App Store. Maybe this had something to do with your issue. It appears to be resolved as I post this.
