My Apple account is grayed out on my iPhone but not my ipod
My apple account is grayed out. I have followed the suggested fixes but the problem remains. My iPod apple account is normal

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Screen Time > Contents & Privacy Restrictions > Accounts and choose Allow. The path may be slightly different in iOS 18. It could be Change Account instead of Accounts.
