Apple Music playlist sync issue: Mac vs iPhone, 0 songs
Hello.
I am experiencing a serious issue with my Apple Music library.
I use the same Apple ID on both my iPhone and my Mac, and Sync Library is enabled on both devices.
On my Mac, my playlist “M” contains 1,516 songs, but on my iPhone the same playlist exists and is displayed, yet it shows 0 songs. Changes made on one device do not sync to the other.
This problem started after I experienced issues with my Apple One trial and my Apple Music subscription.
It is extremely important to me that I do not lose this playlist or any of the 1,516 songs it contains. I spent a very long time building this playlist, and it would be impossible for me to recreate it manually.
Please do not delete, reset, replace, recreate, or modify my music library in any way that could result in losing this playlist or any of its songs without my explicit permission.
I kindly ask you to first check the status of my iCloud Music Library and help restore synchronization while preserving my playlist and all 1,516 songs exactly as they are.
If resolving this issue requires any action that could potentially cause the loss of my playlist or any of its songs, please inform me first and wait for my approval before making any changes.
Thank you.
