Is there a way to edit Apple photos and videos on a Windows PC?

As an iPhone 16 user, I capture photos and videos daily and prefer editing my media on a Windows PC—especially when working at my local library—because the larger screen provides a much clearer view. Unfortunately, Apple currently offers limited options for editing iOS media directly on a Windows platform. Seamless cross-platform editing options would be a fantastic improvement for users like me who work across both ecosystems.

Not sure what you mean by Apple Photos and Videos. Apple doesn't own the photos or videos. They are mostly standard format.

You can use many apps (not made by Apple) to edit phots and videos taken on an iPhone if that is what you mean.

There's the ubiquitous Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for Windows and may other image editors that support HEIC format Apple prefers for their high efficiency and off course other apps that support ProRAW photos like One Photo Raw if you are using that format.

Basically, no Apple does not offer Apps for editing photos and videos on Windows, but many other developers do.
