If that phone still works and there are games currently installed on it you could play those.
Don't count on being able to get any more, and don't count on even being able to restore the ones you have now, if anything happens ("forgetting your passcode") that causes you to have to reset and wipe the phone.
That phone has a 32-bit CPU and cannot update past iOS 10.*. I'm not sure, but I believe that Apple and third-party developers may have removed all 32-bit iPhone apps from the App Store a long time ago, as part of a transition to 64-bit processors.d
If the reason that you're asking is that you've seen a used iPhone 5c for sale, and you're wondering if it will be useful as a cheap platform for running games, don't buy it. You'll just be wasting your money.

That model was discontinued 11 years ago, and isn’t capable of running iOS after 10.3.4. It’s not going to do much of anything.

The game of “spin the phone” still works. 😉.
Other than that, not so much.
It’s a 32-bit model too, and the app world moved to requiring 64-bit long ago.
It’ll have difficulty connecting to many websites, too.

There are likely few to absolutely no games which can run on such an old, antiquated, out of date iPhone as a 5c.
That model also has lost access to iCloud services. Changes in late 2025 mean that you must have iOS 11 or higher to access iClouds services. For some people reporting here, that has meant they have been unable to reactivate their devices if they do a reset.
