Unusual delay in 'Waiting for Review' status

Hi everyone,

I submitted my new game, "sixnumbers - match for answer!", for review over 7 days ago, but the status has been stuck on "Waiting for Review" ever since.

Here are the details of the submission:

 App Name: sixnumbers - match for answer!

 Platform: iOS

 Category: Games

 Submission Type: New App Release

 Current Status: Waiting for Review (for over a week)

I have checked the Resolution Center and my registered email address, but there are no pending messages, requests for additional information, or action items required on my end.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay for a new game submission recently? Is this normal due to a current backlog, or should I reach out directly to the App Review team / submit an expedite request?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
