Wifi issues after latest update

I downloaded iOS 26.5.2 and immediately after my phone became completely unusable. All of my apps are constantly loading or having terrible wifi issues no matter what my connection is. I can't even use the App Store to update any apps like the millions of tutorials say; the MOST I can do is send a text but I can't even send images. It's basically just a brick. I have restarted my wifi and all my settings, I turned it off and on and I tried to double check I didn't accidentally download something sketchy before the update.

Try this solution - connect your iPhone 15 Pro to your computer using a data cable.

Then enter recovery mode (press and release Volume Up → Press and release Volume Down → Press and hold the Power button without letting go. Do not release it when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until a computer and data cable icon appears).

You'll see a window will pop up, stating that there is a problem with the phone, select "Update".

Well, if you actually tried everything then you are permanently out of luck. On the off—chance you may have missed something tell us what you tried.

You say No VPN. Does that mean you are not using VPN, or that you don’t even have a VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN? If you actually do, delete it.

And the other most common problem is a router. Restart your router by removing all power for about 15 seconds.

From that message it may also mean that there are too many active Wi-Fi networks near you, and there are no channels available. This would only be a problem if you are using 2.4GHZ channels.

Update to iOS 26.6

Not every issue an individual encounters on their device can be attributed to an iOS update. If the update itself were the root cause, then every device running that same version of iOS would exhibit the identical problem. In such a scenario, the forums would be flooded with countless posts reporting the same malfunction, creating an unmistakable wave of complaints that no one could possibly overlook. The absence of such widespread reports strongly indicates that the issue is not systemic, but rather specific to the device in question.

Stop doing auto IOS updates. Screws up my iPhones and iPads every time. Wasted several hours trying to get the iPhone to connect to wifi after the update even though all other devices were connecting to the mesh system. Today may iPad updated. Was connecting earlier but not now. Tried all of the tricks and nothing works. I am disabling updates on my wife's iPhone and iPad. NO VPN involved at any time. "unable to join the network" "This network is operating on wifi channels in use by several other networks". Makes me want to abandon Apple entirely even though I despise Microsoft. Advice given DOES NOT FIX THIS.
