Hi, I’m a student at Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador). My UNiDAYS account is successfully verified, but when I try to shop on the U.S. Apple Education Store, Apple keeps asking me to verify again instead of applying the education pricing. Is it my university eligible for the U.S. Education Store, or if this is a technical issue with my verification?

Education discounts are country specific.
If you are in Ecuador then you need to use the Education store in Ecuador not the US. Apple does not apparently have an online Education Store in Ecuador, but authorized resellers like iShop and Think seem to manage education discounts there.
Even if you could access the US education store Apple does not ship internationally, so there is no way for you to get anything in Ecuador from the US store.
