I am the Family Organizer. I switched from iPhone to Android and no longer own an Apple device. My child cannot complete purchases because Ask to Buy requires my approval. What are my options?

You can approve directly on the Child's device by having them tap on the "Approve in Person" option on their device, then entering your Apple Account credential when asked to approve the purchase.
Beyond that, you do need an Apple device to approve purchases remotely.
Keeping an older Apple device just for this purpose is generally recommended if you plan to move away from apple devices so you can continue manage the family sharing group.

Many thanks for your reply.
I used the method you mentioned when I download apps on their IPad but the issue is that I can't purchase in app items.
If there is no alternative way to solve this issue, I will try to find an IOS device and log in from it to solve it.
