USB-C EarPods not working with 16 Pro Max
I bought new usb-c earpods and they won't work with 16 pro max. It works with other devices fine. My phone just doesn't recognize them at all. I tried all the fixes I saw online and nothing worked.
Did you check your USB-C port for any debris or lint?
Does charging the iPhone still work, using an Apple USB-C cable and power adapter?
Did you already update your iPhone to iOS 26.6 and force restart it after that?

Did you also try to reset the iPhone to factory settings, to rule out, that the iOS software caused the issue?
To rule out defective data from the backup, set it up as a new device and then try to connect the EarPods again.

If they work, restore your data from the latest backup.
