You don't give us much to work on with the limited information so all you can expect are guesses with multiple links for a resolution that may have nothing to do with your problem.

• If you see an error message, let us know what that is?
• If you are having trouble sending/receiving messages, describe what has been done?
• It may also be helpful to provide screenshots of what you are seeing as long as you redact any personal information.
• When dealing with a VPN issue, turning it off or disabling it may not resolve the problem and you would have to actually remove the VPN to test.
