Even though my Macbook and iPhone are on the same Wifi and both are running the latest OS, I can only send files from my Macbook to my iPhone, I can't send files from my iPhone to my Macbook because my iPhone can't see the Macbook. I'm signed in with the same Apple account on both devices. I read about half a year ago about similar bugs, but I don't think it's the same error... Or is it?
It really sounds like your two devices are not fully syncing via iCloud. The normal troubleshooting step is to log out of your Apple Account on each device, restart the devices and then log back into iCloud on each device. One caveat, all credit cards and debit cards in your Apple Wallet will be removed and they’ll have to be re-entered and reverified.
I still need some tests, but so far the problem seems to have been solved. I logged in and out of iCloud on both devices (manually), and after a while, the two devices started to see each other again. If he behaves like this for a few more days, I can say that he has improved. Thank you for your help!

iPhone: Settings < General > AirPlay & Handoff > disable Handoff off, wait 15 seconds, turn it back on

Update: I created a new user on my Macbook, but I didn't log in to my Apple account there. It worked with it. Airdrop worked the same way after rebooting and turning it off. The Macbook on this user saw me as a person and not as a device, and finally my iPhone saw the Macbook and I could send content to it with my iPhone. Unfortunately, with the user I'm logged in to my Apple ID, my iPhone still can't see my Macbook on Airdrop.
What do you have set on each device at this path,
device > Settings app > General > AirDrop > ???
Make sure your >> MY CARD << in each devises Contacts app matches
Let’s try AirDrop again from iPhone to Mac.
Check Mac firewall,
iPhone > System Settings > Network > Firewall (or Security & Privacy > Firewall on older macOS)
Open Firewall Options and ensure block all incoming connections is off
Optionally turn Firewall off temporarily just to test if iPhone can now see the Mac
Restart both devices and try again. The devices may need a little time to sync via iCloud.
Do you have a VPN installed on either device?
When you’re testing are both devices on and near each other? One device is not locked or asleep is it?
Some servers may not sync until overnight.
If you want to assume the contact card wasn’t it, try resetting the network settings on both devices.

While you’re resetting the network, you will want to restart your router too.
It's funny. On Macbook, in the Airdrop settings, if I go to my name, then "forget person", then I can always send content from my iPhone to the Macbook, but it always asks for the code. I seriously have no idea what could be wrong.
I wonder if it’s possibly a router issue. Have you tried AirDrop at any other location, like a family member or friends home, a public WiFi might work.
How old is the router? Have checked for any firmware or software updates for the router?
Sounds like something is still amiss with your contact card details. Are you syncing contacts via iCloud?
I tried it on another wifi, unfortunately without success there as well. By the way, my mother's iPhone can send content to the Macbook via Airdrop without any problems. My iPhone can also see my mother's iPhone and we can send to each other. The problem is that while my mother's iPhone is seen as a person by Airdrop my Macbook (and my mother's iPhone also sees my Macbook as a person), my iPhone and Macbook see each other as devices. It works when I appear as a person in the Airdrop menu of the Finder, but it only lasts until a reboot, then the Airdrop remembers me (as a person) and after that it doesn't work anymore.
