Deleted extension shows 'GET' in list on all devices

Hi, not sure if anyone can help with my query.

I downloaded ‘Consent-O-Matic’ (CoM) from the App to help stop cookie consent notices. I also use Ublock Origin Lite (UBO Lite) but this has been failing with the cookie notices recently - July 26.

I deleted the CoM which was ok but the extension listing still sits in my listed extensions with UBO and I cannot delete it from the list.

The extension gives it’s title and ‘GET’ next to it, which takes me to the App page to download it again.

It is listed on my Mac, iPad and iPhone as ‘On Other Devices’ but I only downloaded it to my iPad before deleting it yet all my devices show it as not installed but sitting in the extensions list. It offers to ‘GET’ it again on all my devices.

Is there a way I can remove this from my extension list?
