Without any further information about what you mean by your phone is hacked, all we can do is guess. It is not likely you are going to find a solution without knowing what you are seeing.
For example if you logged someone else's Apple Account into your phone, it was not hacked at all and that is something you willfully did after first entering the password to remove your account. It cannot be done remotely.

“Hacked” has many potential interpretations.
Please tell us what is causing you to assume you have a security problem.
This might also be some spam sent out falsely claiming to have access and info, the “pervert” spam campaigns for instance. There are many variations.
There are also Apple Accounts that have both re-used passwords and no two-factor authentication, and account takeovers for these Apple Accounts are trivial and almost routine. Usually first noticed when the security questions are found to be changed, too.
So…. Why are you here using the word “hacked”?

Unless you are extremely important on the world stage, like a Senator, famous actor, CEO of a mega-company, you are not a likely candidate to be hacked. Hacking is extremely difficult and outrageously expensive. Are you someone so important?
Your accounts can be compromised, but that is not hacking. You've provided nothing to go on in order to help you. Since many often believe incorrectly they've been hacked, I wrote this to help them --> So You Think You've Been Hacked? - Apple Community
The chances that your phone was 'hacked' are infinitesimally small.
What happened that makes you think it was?

Step 1: provide relevant information.
My iPhone 15 pro was hacked, and I don’t know how to rectify this problem.

At some point you will need to provide more information than “my phone was hacked”.
HINT: It wasn’t.
If by hacked, do you mean you logged out of your Apple ID, and into someone else's. And they then immediately changed the password of their account so your phone is now locked to that account?
